Entity Filters

Filters can be used to get only part of the entities from work system. Filters are defined in the mapping options for entity in Sync Process.

Multiple filters are used together with “and” to meet all criteria within a set of filters.

Step By Step Guide

1. Navigate to the Processes page
2. Press the Mapping Entities button
3. Press the Mapping Options button near a specific entity pair

4. Select field by which to filter. For example:
   • Title = Some title
   • Priority > 3
   • Sprint In ‘Iteration 1’, ‘Iteration 2’
5. Select operand for the field value. For example:
   • Title = Some title
   • Priority > 3
   • Sprint In Iteration 1, Iteration 2
6. Set a filtering value. For example:
   • Title = Some title
   • Priority > 3
   • Sprint In Iteration 1, Iteration 2;
7. Press the Save button.
